Costs
Our charges are simple and transparent. They are made up of three components.
1. A licensed user.
This comes with flexible user scaling options. Choose a plan that suits your business's needs with monthly or yearly, contracts available.
2. How you connect to Paytia telephony
We can enable Paytia with your telephony service in different ways; the main options are:
a. Paytia supplies you with a dedicated, encrypted phone number so you can divert your incoming sales calls. Or, if you want to just call customers back, so they can pay, you can use our outbound dial-through service, but still present your sales number to your customers. This is included in the user charge.
b. If you want a more integrated service, Paytia SIP connects digitally to your phone service and phone system for seamless inbound and outbound calling. Cost depends on the service required.
c. Full integration into your CRM, ERP or Accounting systems. Paytia’s flexible API services allow third-party applications to interact with the Paytia processing engine. This allows you to extend the functionality of existing user interfaces with Paytia secure payment capture and processing.

3. What payment gateway do you use.
We integrate with multiple payment gateways there is no charge for a connection to our existing gateways . All gateways compete to offer the best transaction rates. If you're are looking for the most cost-effective solution, we may be able to help.
With a wide range of gateways already on our system and the ability to connect to others based on demand, you have the freedom to choose the best payment provider for your business. OmniPay also has the ability to connect to multiple gateways so you can choose at point of sale which one to use.
